Transformational Exercises

These exercises may initially prompt experiences like leaving your body or astral travel. If you’re new to this kind of meditation, I recommend starting in a quiet place where you can be alone and undisturbed during your EME Absorption meditation. For those unaccustomed to astral travel, these meditations can feel stimulating but are entirely safe. There’s no single “correct” way to do these exercises—only your way. Over time, you’ll adapt the meditations to suit your preferences, taking full control over where and how you direct the energy. In every session, you’re engaging in a win-win process: transforming negative energy into a powerful, positive force that resonates with your higher self.

When working with a focus source, use any method that helps you visualize, sense, or feel it. This could be recalling images or sensations that ground your awareness, or, if you’re more experienced, calling forth a focus source of your choosing. As you concentrate on this source, imagine its energy—its fury, rage, or powerful waves—pulsating toward you.

Visualize a cone above your head if you intend to use the transformed energy for personal healing or to send it to Mother Earth. Alternatively, picture two cones at your temples if you want to direct the transformed energy outward for the benefit of others or environmental harmony. Using your willpower, draw the focus source’s energy into your transformation cone(s), feeling its strength as it moves around you and into your transformation space. Within this cone, the energy shifts, becoming like stem cell energy: calm, potent, and ready to be directed with your intent.

You can guide this stem cell-like energy to specific body parts, organs, or areas needing healing. It’s equally effective in rejuvenating effects of aging or calming turbulent emotions. This energy can support others or be directed to natural phenomena to harmonize violent weather patterns and promote peace.

This transformation process can be done whenever it crosses your mind or once or twice a day, depending on your schedule. Whether you take a few minutes or devote longer meditation periods, the choice is yours. Start by practicing these exercises in a quiet meditation space until you feel confident. Then, if you wish, progress to open-eyed meditations as you move through your day.

Each of the eight focus sources will offer a variety of meditations to fit your preferences and schedule. While they say there’s no such thing as a free lunch, this website is just that—a resource for anyone willing to transform themselves, support their loved ones, and empower the Earth by converting negative energy into a force for positive change.
