Holographic Resonance

During your meditation, begin by creating an inner safe space using all the visualization techniques you’ve practiced—seeing, sensing, and feeling. Imagine yourself fully within this space, gradually layering in your inner sensing abilities until it feels as real as your physical meditation setting. Over time, this safe space should feel more tangible, allowing you to immerse yourself within it more deeply than in your meditation room.

Initially, you may start with simple visualizations, but as you progress, your experience will deepen. You’ll find yourself more truly “there”—your physical body remaining grounded in your meditation place, while your soul, spirit, and consciousness reside in your inner safe space, fully present and aware. This space is your foundation for working with electromagnetic energy, where you can focus and explore with ease.

Before entering, always relax your physical body as completely as possible. Each time, ensure your safe space is ideally suited for study, focus, and introspection. It might take the form of a high-tech room with interactive controls, lights, and monitors, or perhaps a sprawling library where assistants fetch information at your request. Think of it as your Scalar Focus Room, your Resonance Workspace, or any name that resonates with you.

This is a private, personal space designed to support your needs. You might furnish it with comfortable seating, ample workspace, and tools like paper, a pen, or a digital device to document your work. Most importantly, this space reflects you; as soon as you enter, your body intuitively relaxes, aligning with the energy of your creation.
