The definition of feelings in the physical, mineral world can be confusing, with various synonyms and descriptions of sensations related to the physical body, emotions, and thoughts. English, as a language developed for trade and laws, is not particularly suited for explaining feelings, especially from a spiritual or multidimensional perspective. This article, written in English, is therefore limited in its definitions. However, it considers the existence of soul, spirit, unseen worlds, and the four sensing bodies that make up a human being—all essential when defining feelings.
Feelings, in this context, are the synergy of sensations from your mineral/ether body, astral body, mental body, and spiritual body. They are multidimensional, experienced by your entire being, and can be as varied as love, joy, anger, or numbness. Feelings serve as gateways to both your past and present in this life, as well as to your past, future, probable, and potential lives. Positive feelings are often fleeting, while negative feelings tend to have deeper roots and are more difficult to release.
Feelings are selective, based on the spiritual lessons designed by the Soul and supported by Spirit. Not all individuals experience the full spectrum of feelings during their lifetime. Humanity still has a great deal of evolution before we can feel all feelings from all bodies at once. This complexity is part of the spiritual journey.
The Role of the Physical Body in Feeling
The mineral/ether body perceives sensations through the five senses—touch, sight, hearing, taste, and smell—although some scientists and spiritualists expand this to include other senses like balance, life sense, and cognition. For simplicity, this article focuses on the traditional five senses. Everything we feel is tied to emotions, which are recognized by their associated sensations. Thoughts, when combined with feelings, take form and become real; thoughts without feelings remain fantasies.
Positive emotions require consciousness and awareness, while negative emotions cannot exist in a fully aware consciousness. As we pass from this world, the only “luggage” we carry are our feelings.
Trauma, Drama, and Their Impact
Trauma is a significant event that haunts the mind, harms the body, and controls the emotional body until it is healed. Trauma causes parts of our story, experienced during the event, to be lost to consciousness. This creates a gap or “frozen” moment in time and space, a piece of our life that is ripped from our four bodies. Healing trauma requires revisiting the time and space where the feelings are frozen, not merely addressing them in the present.
Drama, on the other hand, is a series of shocks experienced over time, which gradually embed themselves in the body until they become so integral that they are almost impossible to trace. Drama must be identified and confronted when it surfaces in one’s life, and conscious awareness is the only cure for its effects.
Learning to Feel and Let Go
A significant purpose of our existence is to learn how to feel any emotion, understand it, and allow it to pass without reaction. Until we can experience feelings without reacting, we remain bound to the Wheel of Reincarnation. Our consciousness often experiences only the mineral/ether body sensations, but by differentiating how each of our bodies (physical, astral, mental, and spiritual) senses these feelings, we gain dominion over them rather than letting them control us.
Following Feelings to Past or Future Lives
As you develop the skill of working with your “inner child,” you also cultivate the ability to follow your feelings into past or future lifetimes. Feelings and body sensations often carry resonance beyond this lifetime, offering the opportunity to explore both past and future incarnations. During these lifetimes, past consciousnesses have hidden their secrets, skills, and treasures to be discovered by your present self. Accessing these past or future lives is crucial for deep healing.
Most people rely on psychics, channels, or psychologists to tell them about their past or future lives. While these individuals can be helpful, true healing requires you to be personally present in those times and spaces. Trauma and drama cannot be healed in the present; they must be faced and released in the moments when those feelings were originally trapped.
Recovering Lost Gifts and Love
Each time you change something in your present life through “inner child” work or by visiting past or future lifetimes, it alters your current life. The healing of your inner child releases the gifts and emotions that were suppressed, such as joy, wonder, creativity, and love. These gifts were often hidden or slowed down as a protective measure but can be recovered as part of your healing journey.
Similarly, when you work with your past lives, you unlock pieces of your true self, rediscovering the treasures hidden in those experiences. These pieces help complete the puzzle of who you are and empower you to take responsibility for your growth and manifestations.
Healing Yourself: No Prerequisites Required
The physical, metaphysical, and spiritual worlds are deeply interwoven. Humanity has long relied on mystery schools, religions, spiritual paths, and teachers to find enlightenment. However, despite all the knowledge from these traditions, personal pain and confusion continue to exist until we face and heal our inner selves. Working with your inner child, traveling through time and space to heal past pain, is one of the most effective methods for uncovering your true identity and finding lasting peace.
The wisdom of the ages tells us that the answers we seek are within. Knowing yourself—your true self, including the inner child, infant, and adolescent—is the key to healing. Every person on Earth has at least one probable self striving for enlightenment, and now, more than ever, it is possible to attain that personal ascension through inner work.
Power Over Confusing, Painful Feelings
Here is an exercise to help you gain control over overwhelming feelings:
- When a feeling arises that usually sends you over the edge, take a deep breath and step back from it. Observing the feeling removes some of its power.
- Controlled breathing helps relax the body, allowing you to focus on the feeling without being overwhelmed.
- Ask yourself: What am I feeling? What sensations are present in my mineral/ether body? Do I feel heaviness, lightness, or tension?
- Focus on your heartbeat to tune into your astral body. Feel the pulse of life in your entire body and beyond.
- Ask: What am I feeling emotionally, mentally, and spiritually? Listen carefully—each body will communicate in different ways.
- By breaking down the feeling into its parts, you take its energy away and regain control.
Inspecting Self: An Exercise
- Find a quiet, safe place and think of your childhood. Let your mind wander from one incident or memory to another.
- Select a memory to focus on, ideally one from a “better” day to start.
- As you reflect on your inner child’s experiences, consider how she made it through childhood with little or no help. Acknowledge her strength and perseverance.
- Express gratitude and amazement to your inner child for bringing you to where you are today.
- Understand that healing your inner child helps you heal the past, which in turn transforms your present and future.
By working with your inner child and exploring your multidimensional feelings, you can release the pain and confusion of past traumas. This work empowers you to reclaim your true self and experience life more fully in the present.
