Making the Spiritual Real
Don’t cut corners in your visualizations—you must teach yourself to be fully present, not just thinking you’re there. For instance, when focusing on calming a storm, don’t simply visualize the storm losing power and turning into a gentle rain. Instead, immerse yourself in the experience. Sense what it would feel like to stand in the midst of a raging storm, and then feel the shift as the storm begins to calm. Experience the quieting and calming in your body as though it’s happening right now—because it is happening. Through your imagination, you are finding the space where the transformation is occurring. Once you connect to that space, stop imagining and focus on your body sensations.
You are attempting to consciously experience this transformation, allowing yourself to feel your power as a human being. Visualize the source of focus—whether it’s a storm or another event—and feel the electromagnetic energy (EME) waves flowing into the top of your head, gently entering your body. Feel that energy fuse with your intent, merging with the vibration of your desire and the transformed energy. Together, they create a standing wave of energy, scalar in power.
Send those scalar waves of energized intent out from you, back into the weakening storm. Feel them leaving your body and let the transformed energy power your visualization. See, feel, and experience the storm transforming into a nourishing rain shower that gently feeds the land instead of shocking and destroying it.
