Shape Shifting Into Health
Units of Consciousness
The fifteen percent rule applies here: 15% of those who try any healing method will benefit from that method. For example, when hypnotists mesmerize groups of people to stop smoking, about 15% experience lasting results. Not everyone will benefit from every healing method, meditation, or exercise. If this method doesn’t work for you, continue your search. Trust your unseen guides to lead you to the right path, stopping along the way to learn techniques and sharpen your skills. Relaxing and allowing yourself to be led by your unseen guides will shorten and sweeten your journey.
Your healing journey will create new pathways that others will follow. The knowledge and experiences you gain will become accessible to others searching their inner selves. Your advancements will propel others forward, and their achievements will push the boundaries of what is possible. This is the beauty of evolution—what you initiate will no longer plague anyone when you incarnate into your future self.
Units of Consciousness Concept
Imagine the universe filled with units—tiny, fundamental units that make up all creation. These units can change into anything that could ever be created. They are stationary, pulsing on and off. When they are “on,” they form physical matter; when they are “off,” they become energy, or waves.
Now, suppose these units are so unique that they can absorb any form of consciousness and duplicate that consciousness into a physical form, creating a holographic representation of that consciousness. For the consciousness inhabiting the form, that physical manifestation feels alive.
For instance, a rock is the physical manifestation of a consciousness whose resonance matches the vibrations we associate with a rock. If you hold a rock in your hand, the units of consciousness that make up the rock interact with the units of consciousness making up your hand. If you reverse your hand’s position, some of the same units that previously formed your hand now form the rock, and vice versa.
These units of consciousness are like the cells of creation—ubiquitous and interconnected. They are aware of each other and can shift between form and substance. As you move through these units of consciousness, they become part of you—your skin, muscles, bones, and organs—before becoming the air behind you. You, as a consciousness, move through these units, constantly exchanging and transforming.
An Exercise: Changing Your Future Self
This exercise can be applied to any uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or body sensations, but here it focuses on healing the body.
While walking safely along a path, sidewalk, or road, imagine thousands of your future selves lined up, one unit of consciousness away from each other, extending as far as you can see. Each future self is healthier and more vital than the one before. With each step, you move into a new, healthier version of yourself, stepping into the most probable future version of you.
As you walk, visualize the air in front of you becoming your clothes, your clothes turning into your skin, your skin into muscles, bones, and organs, and so on. Every step places you in a new physical body—slightly different from the one before.
Humans are often focused on maintaining fixity, resisting change. But by consciously directing your energy, you can reprogram the units of consciousness to create the healthy body you desire. The key is to know what you want, and more importantly, what it would feel like to become that.
Remembering Health and Vitality
When you feel discomfort or unhealthiness in your body, instead of reacting with fear, visualize your future selves ahead of you—each progressively healthier. Step into these future selves with each step, allowing your body to align with the consciousness of health. Focus on the feelings you’ve experienced when you were at your happiest, healthiest, and strongest, combining these sensations into a powerful sense of vitality.
Using this method, along with electromagnetic transformation and absorption techniques, allows you to consciously heal yourself. While these techniques are not always easy to master, there are no prerequisites to begin healing. Give yourself time, and if this method doesn’t work, continue exploring other options.
Visualizing Change
You already have the ability to reprogram your reality; you just may not fully understand how. It can be difficult to visualize health when you’re focused on discomfort, but by remembering moments in your life when you felt strong and vital, you can tap into those memories to shape your future self. Everyone has at least one pleasant memory, no matter how brief, that holds a sense of health and vitality.
By consciously stepping into healthier versions of yourself with each step, your body will begin to respond, leaving behind the unhealthy parts and moving toward the healthiest version of you. Visualization, feeling, and sensing are the keys to this transformation.
