What is WombTime?
I am a second-generation multidimensional therapist specializing in early childhood trauma and drama, focusing on experiences between pre-conception and childhood, up to seven years of age. The information provided here does not delve into the medical side of birthing; instead, it explores the emotional developmental stages from a metaphysical perspective, particularly the pre-logic and pre-reasoning stages.
If you are seeking answers through WombTime and inner child work, I recommend starting with self-healing. If you are mature enough to search for this information, you already possess the skills needed to heal yourself. As a creator of your own reality, you have the inner tools required to address and master the challenges you incarnated to face and evolve beyond.
Abilities like feeling, thinking, and imagining can be fine-tuned into psychic tools, enabling you to travel through time and space to heal traumas and dramas that you were unable to integrate emotionally. Many articles on this site explain these steppingstones to self-healing, with more added over time.
For the medical aspects of WombTime, I recommend visiting sources such as
An Introduction to the Inner Child
This website is dedicated to healing—your personal healing—where other methods may have failed or fallen short. The approaches and ideas presented here may not be for everyone, but they offer a path to awakening your inner self and returning to the basics. It is about finding the unhealed parts of yourself that remain as shadows in your life. These shadows often originate between your conception and your 21st birthday—this is where you will find your inner child.
I have also provided downloadable inner child meditations to guide you on your journey toward inner peace, which is another way of saying “a content, quiet, satisfied inner child.” Each recording is fifteen minutes long, with one for waking up and one for falling asleep. These recordings are gender-specific: male AM and PM, and female AM and PM.
These recordings contain subliminal messages, so please refer to the accompanying booklets to understand them fully. I will try to locate versions without subliminal messages, but for now, these are the available resources.
Other Thoughts
There are no prerequisites for starting your personal inner child work. You already have the skills—you were born with them, having earned them in other lifetimes. You know how to focus, visualize, and meditate, whether consciously or unconsciously. The only requirement is the ability to honor yourself enough to use these skills. Remember, you-as-Soul made your life challenging to help your consciousness learn self-discipline. You didn’t make your lessons so difficult that you couldn’t heal from them, because no one else can or will heal you.
Now is the time to release what you think you know about yourself. It’s time to rediscover things you never realized you knew about yourself as a spiritual being, and to re-experience things you may not remember. Freedom from the old—freedom from the known—is the freedom to discover your true self. Your true self is the treasure you will find through your inner child. She is the key to unlocking doors that are closed, locked, and unknown to you. She can introduce you to You-as-Soul and Spirit.
Inner Child Work
Personal inner child work is often the last resort for people searching for themselves, even though it’s one of the easiest methods due to the intimate connection between you and your inner child. When all else fails, return to your inner child—but this time, interact with her as she truly is, not as you were taught to perceive her.
Your inner child is not a concept or a thought; she is not an abstract conversation in an empty chair. She is a vibrant, living being whom you can visit, touch, and guide through the tough times you once traversed alone. She is loving, kind, and caring, but also confused, hurt, and wounded in ways you may have forgotten. She needs your help, just as you need hers. You are both essential to each other’s healing.
Think about it: you are the only person, in both the physical and higher worlds, who is capable of helping your inner child. Others can barely help themselves. Those who no longer need help are too busy guiding souls who are less aware of what’s happening to them. You, however, have evolved enough to become your own healer—not as a punishment, but as an earned privilege. By healing yourself, you pave the way for others to follow. Your inner child can assist you in ways you cannot help yourself.
A Final Thought
Since you’ve read this far, it’s likely that you’re evolved enough to begin your own healing journey. Your inner child is waiting to guide and help you. Pleasant journeying.
