Aging – Old Age – Death – After Death

If one of your life’s purposes is to advance human evolution by transforming how you age and learning from the process of dying consciously, the journey begins with understanding your fears about aging, dying, and death. These fears can only be uncovered through deep meditation and contemplation on the aging process, the stages you will experience during death, and the nature of death itself. The key lies in becoming fully conscious of these processes and your feelings about them. While this might initially seem grim or unsettling, the outcome can be a soul-liberating, calming, and enlightening experience. It may sound daunting, but why would you undertake this journey?

You entered this world as a blank slate in terms of physical experience, but you did not come from the soul and spirit worlds as a blank slate. Upon conception and birth, you were fully aware of the realms you left behind, though unaware of what physical life would entail. Helpless in your physical body, it took over twenty years to learn to walk, talk, and think. What you might not have realized is that during this time, you were also learning to forget the spiritual worlds you had to leave behind in order to live this life.

As human beings become more conscious of the developmental stages of aging, old age, dying, and death, they have the potential to change what has been instinctively programmed and culturally accepted. By confronting these fears and limitations, it is possible to redefine expectations regarding life span, health, and mental capacity, leading to greater freedom and evolution in both body and spirit.
